I am hoping that there will be salad there as I dont want to cheat)> Someone else had posted the question of what do you do for your 3 days off? I am very excited about it as I have tried so many diets and programs that just dont seem to work for me. I found it funny that people were offended by the term idiot in the diet title. If you read what the diet is about, you can see that it is idiot proof in that it tells you what to eat. |
